Our History

Not so long ago in 1999, Adventure Touring started a shuttle service for the local rural community of Lincoln in Canterbury.

Seeing a real need for excellent service with a friendly approach, siblings Kerry, Brian and Glenys invested in a 29 seater tour coach and started to move more into the tourism sector.

With a real reputation for quality and comfort Adventure Touring was soon noticed by a large tour operator who contracted them to run tours for inbound tourists wanting to see more of New Zealand’s beautiful South Island. 

Since then our company has expanded to operating a fleet of 15 coaches, for a number of companies, due to good demand for their care and attention.

The coaches range from economic 29 seat coaches to 5 star 2 door luxury comfort.

To continue on from here Kerry Brian and Glenys remain the driving force behind their excellent reputation and enjoy being the first point of contact for the companies who contract their services.
